I would like to start by saying Thank You for the assistance I received from Aurora Marine. Everyone on the staff was very polite and knowledgeable in their department, and I received wonderful service and advice on my boat problem.
I am an active duty Marine...and being a member of the military, operate on a limited budget. During one of our lake trips the gimbal bearing went out, and without the employees of Aurora Marine we would have been out of commission for the rest of the season. One of the Marines in our company is being deployed to Iraq and it was important to me to spend as much time out on the lake as possible. Aurora Marine had the parts I needed and the customer service to get the job done. I would like to especially point out Gary in service. He was a lifesaver in the help he provided in my boat repair.
